RATS!
"The truth behind Baltimore's spirit animal is finally revealed in this punk/garage-rock parody of a certain Broadway spectacle. Featuring larger than life creatures and costumes, RATS! tells the story of a motley crew of hard-rocking rodents just trying to dance, party and fall in love – but a sinister exterminator has other plans. Can they overthrow this urban villain and take Baltimore back for the little guy?" - baltimorerockopera.org

Phantasma
Phantasma is a collection of garments inspired by surrealism, freakery and circus arts, and living nightmares. The garments reveal an underlying narrative, representing imagined characters from an elaborate night sideshow. The garments contain handmade textiles, manipulated fabrics and unusual textures, which act as a basis for their design. Phantasma exists in a similar way as reoccurring dreams do during our sleep cycle.

The Lemurian Solution: Your Interactive Evolution
"Reality meets fantasy… meets highly evolved alien lemurs!? Mr. & Mrs.
Magoo’s Traveling Trash Puppet Circus proudly presents The Lemurian
Solution: Your Interactive Evolution on September 6, 7, and 8 at
Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens (PMG).
Many believe that deep inside northern California’s Mt. Shasta resides
Telos, a five-dimensional crystal city of light beings – survivors from the
ancient continent of Lemuria waiting to assist in the human evolution.
Numerous people have experienced and recorded supernatural experiences on
and around the mountain, including UFO sightings, strange lights, and vivid
visions. During Philadelphia Fringe Festival 2012, Mt. Shasta will be
"relocated” to PMG’s incredible labyrinth. Now, for the first time ever,
the walls of the mountain will be opened to the public to visit and
explore! Led by the ring-tails of their Lemurian guides, participants will
weave through the "crystal” hallways to experience a rainbow of interactive
stations where their sensory evolution will take place from the feet up.
Even if you have visited PMG before, you’ve never seen it like this!
Upon entering Mt. Shasta, visitors will be greeted with a welcoming
ceremony by park rangers, introducing them to the great city of Telos.
Illuminated Lemurian guides will then lead participants through their five
multifaceted "evolutionary stations.” Each station is designed to meet a
specific evolutionary step—freeing limbs, releasing fear, opening hearts,
and soaring voices.
Discover how to travel at the speed of light, communicate using a plethora
of strange musical instruments, and don’t be scared of the mysterious and
frightening creature residing deep within the belly of Mt. Shasta. This
performance encourages audience members to join in the adventure and
features amazing giant puppets, incredible visual stimulations, and fun for
all ages! Come join us on this incredible journey where discovery and magic
collide!" - Mr. and Mrs. Magoo's Traveling Trash Puppet Circus

A dreamlike depiction of the end of the Gods, VALHELLA follows the journey of three crippled sons of Odin as they are tempted and twisted by the progeny of Loki. Using massively-scaled puppets, hand-drawn animation and the most amazing fantasy sets Baltimore has ever seen, these demi-gods will enact their fate to a power-metal soundtrack, annihilating the minds of all who gaze and initiating the foretold apocalypse! Full Bloom
“Full Bloom”, an entirely woven evening wear collection designed by Naomi Davidoff, utilizes synthetic fiber and discarded plastic to resemble a shell of living beauty. The collection features floral masquerade ball gowns inspired by 18th, 19th, and 20th century silhouettes. Naomi views the 21st century as having unexplored potential for Baroque fashion as dependent on synthetic and recycled material. The collection comments on the longevity of synthetic materials in a rapidly changing environment. In celebration of Spring 2014, this series of decadent gowns was created to remind its viewers that discarded materials should always be used to create, not to waste.
Collaborating artists and performers include costume assistant Kristie Winther and performer Amanda Rife. These gowns were created custom for the Walters Art Blooms Celebration, April 5, 2014, where these three performers will be transformed into poised living statues for the cocktail hour of the event.
