Blaque Diamond was born in Manhattan N. Y She left N.Y for Maryland and earned her BSW and MSW from the School of Social work at Morgan State University. In addition, she was named outstanding student of the year for Title IV-E Public Child Welfare and inducted into Phi Alpha National Social Work Honor Society and Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society.
